Basic building rental is $200.00 per event..  A $50.00 returnable rental deposit is also required to confirm your date and also serves as a damage deposit . However if you cancel prior to your event the deposit is not returnable.  Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is made, rental fee due prior to date.


We seat approximately 120 people, have a full service kitchen including:

)coffeemaker

)microwave

)full steam table

)gas ranges

)refrigerator

)kitchen utensils, pots/pans

)serving line

)kids korner, a little something to keep kids busy

)play your own music from your phone

)wedding processional and recessional music available


We also offer party ice $5 flat rate.


Smaller events (less than 3hrs) are $100.00 per event and the deposit is required.


The building is dark from August 13 through September 15, 2017
